Service Description
STEMtastic Days are booked one day at a time. If your school would like multiple days, simply book each day separately to secure the dates that work best for you. Once you book a date we will contact you to discuss the type of STEMtastic day, number of students, topics of interest and then generate a quote before finalizing the booking.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings with STEMagineers are subject to the following terms: Booking Confirmation Bookings are confirmed once availability has been approved by STEMagineers and a confirmation email has been issued. Dates requested through the booking system are considered provisional until confirmed. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled booking. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Late Cancellations Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly if travel or preparation has already occurred. Weather & School Closures In the event of school closures or emergency situations, STEMagineers will work with schools to reschedule where possible. Changes to Booking Details Any changes to student numbers, scheduling, or program details should be communicated as early as possible to ensure program quality and safety.
